I assist individuals and groups:

By guiding them in:

My practice is informed by training in visual art, writing, martial arts, chi gong, meditation, the discipline of authentic movement, physical theater, contact improvisation, butoh, postmodern dance, mixed ability dance, professional practice a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker. Depending on the needs of the individual or group, work can focus on one modality or apply the intermodal process of expressive arts; exploring multiple modalities through experiential learning- learning through the action of doing/experiencing and reflecting on experience. no  prior arts or movement training required.
